I received this email reply from Hirschmann in 2017. ..... The OEM part number 129 820 16 75 is the same as Hirschmann’s DRP 12 antenna kit (921570427). Unfortunately, Hirschmann no longer produces this antenna kit assembly.
The last of these parts were sold to the following distribution channels:

Hopefully, one of these companies has the antenna in their stock still.
