Looking to purchase a R129.

I’m in the market for a R129 for a daily.

Currently have a Z3 but I live in Las Vegas and the cabin doesn’t really cool off during the day no matter how much I crank the ac lol

Anyone live in a similar climate with a SL? Does the cabin stay cold during 100 degree days? lol

I'm in Texas and if I hit the 'Auto' button on the AC the cabin cools just fine. I have the glass roof and with the screens in place it is great.

I would consider selling mine if the price was right. 1998 SL500 Sport, black with cream interior. AMG wheels. 135,000 miles.

I live in Bahrain and temperatures here hit 120+ daily. I drive my 1999 R129 with the AUTO on 70F and it's all good.
Having said that, the cabin cools much better with the hard top on. With the soft top, it's okay no issues.
