does anyone have any specs on this car or info from websites i can be pointed too, sl's really own especially the old body styles, I am curious to check them out

SL55 AMG

You mean the SL60 AMG. This hhas a 5 litre (maybe slightly more) V8, not a 6 litre V12 as the SL600. It's slightly faster than the SL600.
