Hello, Question on Badge
I am interested in getting the SL600 rear badge and the V12 logo that is on the fender. Can anyone tell me where to get it and how much they are

The SL600 comes with them. If you have an SL600 then you shouldn't need them ;0)
But if you're gonna be a poser and put them on a non SL600, you can get them at your local Mercedes dealer. I believe they come with free laughing and finger pointing from Benz enthusiasts.

All of my badges fell off two, the sl600 and the star off the trunk, the two V12's on each side of the car and the star on the front grill too. Please help me, where can I get them and have them replaced.

I will say this: having in my lifetime purchased more than 10 STOLEN hood ornament stars for a 1967 230S in-line six (yes it was my parents...and yes we're the original owners...gave it back to them when I finished Medical School...and yes it stranded me MANY times over the years...and no it is NOT a Diesel, but it does have over 500,000 miles on it now), I can tell you that I am thankful that at least these parts are available for legitimate purchase rather than having punks just RIP them off your car (literally). Once someone even tried to pry the trunk star (very large) off and broke that, and ruined the paint in the process. Now that is just SICK....but that's the society in which we live. If they're available, maybe they won't steal them. (Just hoping). If they're not available, I guarantee you yours will go missing one day...and then you'll get to buy one. Joy. BTW because of my experience in the past, I always work a guarantee of free replacements of any badges or stars that are stolen from my vehicles into the new pruchase contract. Petty, but it is SOOO annoying to keep buying stars.

This is a mercedes benz forum. You peopel are suppose to be mercedes benz enthusiast. I thought people here would actually give you advice and help you mod your car in anyway better looking, not say oh your a poser, blah blah blah and ****...

What's so bad about driving an SL500 (unless you've owned a 600, you'll never know or care)? I always enjoyed the 500 I had the three months that I had it.

Britney Spears owns a white SL500. Need to look at the SL500, SL55, SL600, and SL65 as models for different needs. I know of a great guy that owns a SL500, but bought his son a SL65.

The original picture is of the side fender is of a R129, not an R230 but the V12 badge on the fender was not as shown, it used a different part for the fender. Of course you can get the parts you need at a dealer, but if you need to ask how much they cost the answer is "not enough" to stop losers buying them.
