Thanks. The SL600, SL65, and my E (a bit too much pride maybe) are absolutely deadly on the straight. The curves certainly belong to Ferraris. Although for the money, I'd take a Noble M400 for the best "bang for the buck" street legal race car out there (not including the Ariel Atom).

I agree!!!

I think that the answer to this whole debate is to just own both of them!!!

I would be curious to hear your numbers from the track this evening. Looking for a comparison for before and after Renntech.

SL500 and A-CLASS
Now that we decided to compare the F430 and SL600 without killing each other; how about the comparison between a Yugo and SL600?

They do, but I think most opted for the 13" lightweight wheel upgrade

You're a clown, tiggerfink.
I miss the Yugo on the streets in the 80s.

Not to bring up an old topic, but i just wanted to let a few of you know that Ferrari gave a few of those magazine ringer cars. In fact during the gumball race this year, atleast from what i have read that the F430 looses to the Gallardo, and we all know an SL600 will absolutely bend over a Gallardo. Just wanted to say that.

Unfortunately my source would be on Lambo power, a bias website. IM gonna try and dig some info up though. But if you look in alot of the test on the F430 the numbers range from 11.6/7-high 12s.

I hope thats enough for now. If you notice the first F430 test which were done at Fiorno(SP?) where in fact ringers. They were running 11.7 1/4 times, now it seems the best alot of the car mags can get is a 12.5.

Lambo Power isn't biased...

12.5 standing 1/4 mile.
I bet I could beat that...
