SL/R230: Door wood inserts

I am going to assume you are asking how to take them out.
This I can tell you.
You must remove the door panel. Then it is easy but you need the clips. They are small round pressure clips. There are about 7-9 of them. After you take off the door these clips are on posts from the wood. Just pry them off with a little screwdriver and the wood will come right off. Then replace the wood and just push on the clips. You must make sure the clips are tight against the wood to make sure it doesn't move.
You must use new clips because there is no way to take off the old pressure clips without ruining them.
Hope this helps.

Then you remove the little SRS oval on the door. You do this by turning it and then pulling out. Behind there is a screw. Loosen the screw and take it out.
The rest of the door is held on by tree clips. Start at the bottom and gently pull the door panel off along the bottom and the sides making sure you don't bend the door panel. Once you get to the top you will have to lift upward to get the door off the edge against the window.
Also, you will need to detach the wire that goes from wire harness in the door and attaches to the window switches on the door panel.
I usually replace the tree clips as those too get a little ruined when you take them out. They are plastic.
It goes back on in reverse order.

The dash side facing the driver side door got damage while the dealer replaced my windshield. I had glass all over the car. I post about it last year.
