No Trunk Leaks on my 2006 SL500

It rained harder in Los Angeles in October than I've ever remembered in my 25 years of being here and I purposely drove my new car to work and back and around town and found no leaks in the trunk. I laid out brown paper towels in the trunk where people on this board said leaks occured the night before because I knew it was supposed to rain and they were dry and unmarked at 6 pm when I returned home. Maybe that curse is no longer on the SL500.

Yeah, think they fixed that problem last year as my 2005 is bone dry after 10,000 miles under the odd Scottish shower.
Relief after some of the horror stories we've read here.
