Bad idea

Someone needs to tell this person that is is a bad idea to have someone sit on the rear deck.

http://www.benzworld.org/forums/foru...posts=2&fid=28

I'm taking my SL to my school tomorrow for the homecoming court, basically they have two people sit on the back part of the car (with the top down)...I wanted to know if it was safe enough to have two people sit on that piece around the rollbar without it breaking or doing any damage...any input would be greatly appreciated

haha.. hey, we were all young once.. with cars.. unfortunately i think this guy has a little more expensive car to f**k up than most high schoolers.. either that or his daddy will be wondering why his roll bar is smashed down in the trunk when he gets home..

Thanks guys...i appreciate the POSITIVENESS in your comments haha...but yeah i took it to the homecoming and all went well...had them sit on the corner pieces which had ample support to hold them but was still paranoid about anything happening but yea...it was well worth it i guess...we also had a CLK500 a SC430 and a 911 carrera conv for the homecoming court....must say the cars were the highlight...
