sl and M-class E320 4Matic SLK350
Tectite grey, not pewter
To my knowledge pewter is not offered as a color on the SL500 yet. It is available on the new E class, or so I have been told, and may be available on the new CLK which suggests that it could be an added color for the SL at the model year change. Anyone actually seen pewter yet? I saw a color that appeared to be pewter on an ad in a German car magazine for the new E Class and on that car it looked stunning, but have yet to see it in person.

IMO this color is beautiful on this car. Especially since the owner added the LE wheels, that really makes the car complete!!! I wonder why he is trying to sell the car for a loss?? He must have an SL55 on its way

Tezta,
I think the ad is stating the the owner paid $140k total for the car. That you be $100k for the car and a $40k premium, not $140k over MSRP.

Ok.... Who's the ding-a-ling (for lack of a better term) that drilled the four front license plate bracket holes in the front bumper...
