No bro i went with links , its the best way no messing with the cars wires and it took me about 2 hours as im OCD lol.
Cost was $170 for the links and it worked great! MB dealer did the alignment came out perfect.Even the dealer said the links are the best way.The less you mess with the cars wiring the better. Some will disagree but i have found more link lovers then anything else.

Yup SL65 Front and rear Rotors are monsters for sure, all oem.
Its funny you noticed because when i had the wheels made we were going to go with 2.5 inch lip in the front and they called me back and said they were using Sl63 specs witch wont works cuse my breaks are bigger. So they had to go with 2 inch lips in the front to make room for the calipers.I could have got a 2.5 but i would of had to go with a dome forging witch i hate, so i just gave up that half inch.

Well the car show season is over here in Northern VA, but thought some of you might enjoy a couple of pics from this past years shows.
The first is from the Redskins Ride Car Show that was held at the Washington Redskins (American Football team) practice facilities in Ashburn VA.
The second and third were taken at the Super Cars on State Street, Harrisburg PA.

* Oh also found out an interesting fact about my car - in 2011 this is the only SL65 brought into the port of Baltimore (this is where Mercedes bring in their cars for the U.S. East Coast) in storm red with gray interior and only one of two storm red SL65's imported for all 2011. Most SL65's imported to the U.S. in 2011 were black or silver.
