SL/R230: Mod Advice??
Wheel size:
I was thinking about these sizes let me know what you guys think and if they will work
option 1: 20x11(rear) 19x9(front)
option 2: 20x11(rear) 20x8.5(front)
option 3: 19x11(rear) 19x9(front)
Will all those work? Is 20 too big for this car?
I'm also getting a cargraphic lowering module so keep that in mind.
i don't think 20s are too bling.. i love my 20s.. i wouldn't do em in chrome though.. that'd be too bling imho..

My choice would be the solution with 20 x 11 rear and 19 x 9 front. It gives the car a more racing look. Some supercars have this combination as Stock.
A another advantage is the fact that 19 in front are less prone to damage due to high speed cornering, and holes in the road.
In fact i have just recieved my own new set of wheels from RHE, polished, whitch is the above combination, fitted with Conti tyres. I will post a picture as soon as they are fitted.

On a non AMG 05 SL how low should I go front and rear, when having the dealer play with the computer ride height, so that I wont get bad inner tire with my 20's...My R129 SL was lowered and I went through tires every few months due to its height and butterfly effect.
Thanks
