Is there an easy way to clean the rear window?
besides paying someone else to do it? I have a heck of a time reaching and getting the rear window (interior) clean. Is there a trick to this?

True. I had it almost close on my hand once. Don't try that.
Try putting the driver's seat forward, then fall in easily with your left knee. Let your right leg hang outside of the car which will open your body to the rear window. Use your left arm for leverage on the center rest and wipe with your right arm. Its a nice stretch actually.

The time that the top will remain suspended depends on whether the car is running or off. I believe the time when off is 30 seconds - which is longer than you realize. With the engine running I believe it's 3 minutes. Either way the car will sound a warning that it's going to "drop" the top.
We do a two man game. I usually open the top - car running for more time - half way so the back window is accessible on both sides. My partner cleans the window - but I have my hand at the controls the whole time so that if it should take the whole 3 minutes I can move the top a fraction either direction and reset the timing.
Also...don't use Windex or any glass cleaner like that - it'll only streak and take longer to clean the window.

Hey...I'm no fool! I get a clean back window AND keep all my limbs!
But...if the worst did happen and it dropped and took his arm off I'd be sure to drive him quickly to the hospital - in his car.

Cleaning rear glass
My dealer actually showed how to clean the rear window at the time of delivery.
Since the rear window flips as it lowers into the trunk, you can reach in and clean the window from the trunk.
Lower the top.
Open the trunk and raise the top like you're going to put something in the trunk.
Put cleaner on cloth and reach in and clean window
You still have to do some bending and twisting, but nothing like you would from inside the cabin.
Does this make sense?

Cleaned my rear window in this manner this morning and I can say that it is much more pleasant as well as easier than doing it from inside the car.
Makes a lot of sense, thanks!
