SL55 AMG
Engine Badge
The SL55 AMG engine is said to have a badge carrying the name of the engineer who built it in Affalterbach. Would any one of you lucky people who has an SL55 already care to post a picture of it?
I'm interested to know whether you can discern the name (in which case the engineer is genuinely putting his name on the line) or is it just a meaningless gimmick?

Sorry the quality isn't great, but the badge is the square piece that is directly in the center of the blower. And yes it is genuine as it is etched in and have seen for myself that different names are on there (must've driven and checked at least 30 so far 
).

Wow you've driven 30 SL55 AMG's so far? What on earth do you do? Is this for fun or is it work for you? Please enlighten me - sounds like the ideal job.
By the way, how quiet is the SL55 AMG when cruising at 80mph or so? I've got an SL500 from 97 and the wind noise really bugs me. Any feedback welcome - although I expect the SL55 AMG is much louder than the standard new SL500.

Yes it's my job to drive these, but a lot of times I feel like a kid in a *big* toy store rather working. The exhaust can be subtle at highway speeds, but ready to bark loud when the go peddle is provoked.
