2003 SL500, 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
Changed neighbourhood in MERCEDES CITY!
Last week I parted with my 96/SL320 for a 03/SL500 (silver/nappa, keyless go, park/dis/lingua-tronic, heated/pulse seats, folding mirrors, telephone, cd-changer, interior motion sensor, etc..).
Above single action made 3 people happy:
1. A very close friend (got my R129)
2. My wife (thrilled with the R320)

congratulations. You are going to love that car.
I spent a week in Athens last month and only saw one SL500 the whole time I was there and nothing higher end than that. You are going to be driving in style. I remember the traffic there was unbelievable. Every car had scrapes and dings on the sides and bumpers. Hope you can avoid that.

Thanks!! Next time try the islands as well, not only the city - you'll love them.
As for the traffic/scrapes, I'm not leaving downtown but living in the suburbs (by the sea), therefore no traffic etc..

We did spend a week in the islands after Athens...much nicer. Santorini was incredible. It wasnt my first time to Greece. I spent a summer in Paros as a student taking some writing classes. That was years ago before Paros became so popular and commercialized. It was kind of sad to stop there and see it like it is now. That summer was an amazing experience, living in a small house overlooking the Aegean with no running water or electricity. Times have changed.
Im off for a week to Germany now to pick up my SL55.
