Just purchased my 2003 SL500: A few questions.
Hello everyone, I just got my SL500 and have a few questions.
1. Is there an online manual for this model anywhere? I am awaiting my manuals to come in the mail and would like to read up on the cars features.
2. I dont have the Keyless go, but where the button would go on the shifter
I have a very basic looking silver cap. Is there a replacement for this? Maybe with a mercedes symbol on it?
3. How hard would it be to add Keyless go? I asked the parts guy at Mercedes Benz of San Diego and he said you couldnt add it. I know hes
a "parts" guy.. It was just conversation as I was ordering an extra key.

Adding Keyless Go
As far as adding Keyless go it is possible according to my local Mercedes dealership, but due to the amount of labor and the price of the parts it would be 8-10K. The service manager told me you might as well trade yours in on one that has it for the same money. Sorry.
