Anyone interested in buying a SL55 Black on Berry Red
Hey Guys, it's been fun posting and chatting with you guys on here but I now have to do the unthinkable. I have to get rid of my SL55! I felt like this when I had to get rid of my SL500 but at least I got into a SL55! hehe. But now I need a 4-door or SUV to make room for the baby on the way. So my loss is your gain! You'll be surprised by the price and especially the low monthly payment. If you're interested PM me or follow this swapalease link:

Here are a few pictures of the car.

the buy house is $90,000+ but i'm asking for someone to do swapalease. all you do is take over my current program. mb financial will send you an application and if you qualify, the lease gets transferred over to you. it's very simple.

i'm glad i leased mine as well.. that way i don't have to worry about taking the hit.. these things are really depreciating indeed.. but not my problem.. plan to keep it to the end of the lease.. then bye bye

MBWorld Fanatic!
That SL55 for 63k was an exception. I found 3 in the whole country that were less than $70k...and the other 2 were $69,995 with 50k miles. In other words....these cars still have not depreciated much (the 55's). I think either the dealer accidentally put 63,900 instead of 73,900 or just wants to get rid of it right away because they don't specialize in higher end imports or there isn't much of a market in that area for higher end cars.
Seattle, can I ask what your lease terms were on your 55? If I didn't have a 120 mile roundtrip for school I would have easily leased/bought a 55....but I can't be putting 15k extra miles on per year over the alloted amount.

2007 SL550, 2008 S65, Golf cart and a few non-MB vehicles
The terms of the lease stated $1743 per month(43 left) with a $3000 incentive.
For an 04 model, that may be a hard pill to swallow for most when the rate for 07 models with 48-month terms are just a few hundred more.
Your car is very sharp and I do wish you luck on finding a buyer.
