Anybody have problems with CDs jamming in the front-loader (not the CD changer part)?

Mine (extremely unfortunately) had the NAV CD in it when it decided to get jammed. When MB Service removed it, it was covered in scratches, and now I have no navigation system! Anybody have a similar problem?

Ive had the same issue in my car and just like you when I got it out it was scratched to hell. It works on occassions and plan on getting the newer version of the Navigation CD anyways so I wasnt to worried. I dont know the cause of it but it seems to work fine now after I tinkered and re-greased the moving parts.
