SL/R230: 2004 sl500 or 2003 sl55

2004 sl500 or 2003 sl55
i'm thinking of getting either a 2004 sl500 or a 2003 sl55 & i wanted u guys 2 help me with some Q's:
1- does it need a lot of repairs(sl in general).
2- does 1 of them have more problems than the other.
3- is there a diff in looks between 2003 or 2004 & the current model.

Current model has a different SL500 bumper, and the SL55 is slightly revised with more detail, and a three bar grill.
Google the pictures and see them for yourself.

Buy one with a warranty of some kind. Repairs are usually expensive. SL 55 is usually a lot more expensive than an SL500. SL55 is much faster. You have to decide how much speed or hp is enough. Both top out a 150, one gets you there faster. Check your insurance rates as well.
