Hi all,
I'd like to pick up a 2008 SL550. With all of the incentives I figure I should be able to get a great deal. My local dealer told me the incentives will go until 1/31. Will they go even lower in February?

I'd like Black on Black, AMG Sport Package, Premium 1, Parktronic, and Pano roof.

Go buy one now before 1/30/08 and you should be able to get at least $19K off MSRP, I did last week

Is it even possible to get 25K off a 2008? That would be great!!!

The problem is that I'm the worst negotiator in history. How do I even start? Also, anyone who has gotten a great deal recently please chime in with the deal, etc.

Your only chance to get a good deal is to get there before the $12K cash from MB to dealer is up. A normal good deal in the winter is about $7K off. I got $19K off when you combined these two. You have 6 days to get to the dealer find your car and close the deal. If you find a demo you might be able to get more the $19K off.

Have you heard anything about what the Feb incentives will be (if any)? My sales guy told me that the managers are really looking to get rid of the 08s ASAP.
