Might as well ask here... at night with your lights on, do the various little symbols on the light select switch knob illuminate? Such as the parking light, low beams, etc.

On my 04 only the "dash" in center knob lights up, not the ring of circular icons.

Could someone take a picture of it at night for me so I can see?

 

The light switch icons do not light . It has been this way for as long as I can remember and I have owned MB's constantly since 1968. I don't think that my wife's S550 lights up either and that car has so many bells and whistles. If the icons in it do not light then none will.
