CLS55 19" ON SL500 !!!!!!
Had these wheels hanging around than i decided to put some tires on , I went with MICHELIN PILOT SPORT PS2
Front 255/35/19
Rear 295/30/19

I'd have to agree with the "no" vote on clear markers. I can see it on white cars, yeah. And I can see smoked lenses on black or dark cars. But most other shades of cars, I think, look best with the standard yellow and red lenses. Just my $.02.

I JUST bought a complete set of staggered AMG 18" 5 double-spoke wheels off another lister that are in pristine condition with almost new conti 3's on them for a cool 1k. I don't need these wheels, but it's got me considering my options. Then I'd need to buy new tires blah blah blah.

I haven't gotten to take any proper pix yet. The last one in this series was taken by myself using my mobile the day I picked it up at the dealer. I've barely had the car in my possession long enough to go out with my SLR and get some proper pix. First I returned it to the dealer b/c it was making a couple of noises I didn't like. They had it for 2.5 weeks. It's been in the body shop for the past week so they can start the repaint after it was keyed... the night I picked it up from the dealer. They'll have it for another 2 weeks. One day, when I get my car back, I intend to mount the AMG 5-spokes I bought and go snap some real pix. Basically it'll look like Nevada Jack's SL with the new wheels, but without the AMG spoiler he's got.

I think i'm going to let an audio upgrade take precedence. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a Reus audio install.
