Hmmm, looks interesting....like the back, more than the front, but nitpicking methinks...........Quanta costa??? I think I want one of these babies....what do others feel about this?

This brings back memories of my dad's 67(?) Corvette. I don't remember much (I was 5 when he sold it) but I remember a similar aviation feel to the instruments and air vents.

I dunno... the exterior design sketches make sense, given the more rakish look the line-up has been getting recently, but I can't help feeling like they are trying to one-up the American muscle car, rather than doing what they did best -- combining power, comfort and elegance. Even the SLR, as meaty as it is, is more elegant than this beast. This is a brute.

Not sure how I feel about it yet. It is a bit retro to me in some ways...a bit ugly in others. I'm getting a bit scared that Mercedes is forgetting how to design a classy luxury vehicle.
