Recently I've been getting this annoying knocking or thumping noise from the gas tank area between the back seat and truck. Sounds like a ball is floating around in there hitting the walls as i accelerate and decelerate. I also hear it when the car is off. Has anyone experienced this I really hope I don't need to replace the gas tank.

u have to replace the gas tank, the baffle inside broke, i jus did mine under warranty and my cuzn did his last year
