Convertible top won't open...Help!
Before I send this to the dealer, I was wondering if someone might have a fix...
I keep getting "close trunk partition" message whenever I try to open convertible top. Every time I check the trunk and the trunk partition is in place...Is there contact not meeting or a switch not working?

Yep..... sounds like one of the contact switches that close when the cover snaps into place isn't closing. Simple to diagnose if you're handy with a multimeter. Check for completed circuit. Do this with the ignition off.

You probably did this 100 times but did you check if anything might be in the way??? Most likely it is the Switch not working I'm no wiz but sounds like an easy fix.

FIXED!!!!
Took it to my tuner shop...they came in on a Saturday for me...
. The plug to the partition switch was unplugged. There was some work in the back panels and apparently the person putting the car back together forgot to plug in that switch.
