2003 SL500 options
Does anyone know the colors the new SL will be available in? ANd what kind of options will be available. USA website does not allow to "build your own". I got G500 about two weeks ago and rolled over my deposit for February 2003 delivery of SL 500. At this point I decided on silver (brilliaant I gues), black interior (I think its called ash) and sports package. I just looked at a picture of tanzanite blue on the thread below, and it looks pretty good.

hmmmm......
that tellurium silver looks very interesting.
i like the tektite gray, but if it's flat (ie: not metallicy flaky) it'll be pretty, well, flat!
i bet jasper blue is going to just fly off the shelves.
green black is amusing, in that it's not black in any way except to say that it's a darkish green
doody.
it's interesting to note that the interior trims are awfully limited for us SL55 guys. "any color you want as long as it's black" as mr. ford would say. we better like aluminum or we're gonna be pretty annoyed.
the optional extras implies that COMAND is optional in all vehicles. is this true?
looks like an SL55 is going to still have a lot ofoptions to tack on. this puppy's gonna get expensive.
