Installed New Daytime Running LED.. Problem?

I recently bought some daytime running LED lights for an 2003 SL500 following fellow forum member's advice of http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Canbus-Euro..._t10_sku26.htm

The problem is that when I install them, the voltage in the car isn't enough to power two of them.

So suppose I install A and B... A would be perfectly fine, but B would flicker.
Now if I took out A, B would then be perfectly fine...

I know some of us installed this particular bulb.. Can anybody please advise?

what i did was to not use the led bulbs, but instead the blue glass tinted bulbs which made a similar effect
