Hi All,
I just joined this Forum after I bought my 2004 - SL500, i've seen so many interesting topics already and a lot helpful people.
I am actually looking to replace the " Third Break Light" thats located in the trunk, I have read some other people suggestions to put the 07-08 ones since its more clear. any suggestions from you guys is very much appreciated and where can i find this part. ??

parts.com has em for 115+ shipping.
if you dont like teh current red and dig that smoked/clear look go for it.
i myself prefer the red, and actually have a smoked/clear one for sale. pm me if interested.

Good to know that i am not the only one who love the red 3rd light better than smoke one.

Thank you guys for the reply, i guess i'm another fan of the red light and i think it goes better with the color of my car and more classy.
rocker4488: thanks for the information, parts.com is only selling parts for 2007 model and up, do you know if they are the same and if it fits properly.
