please help ... mods SL550
i need the following for my sl550 designo edition. please tell me where to get the best quality so i can finally be happy.amg style spoiler.. im looking at this one.. any opinions?

i want LED fog lights to put under the bumper and or convert my origional into HID fogs.
i want mud flaps.. dont know if its a good idea.. opinion please..

Aftermarket LED fog lights that you find on ebay are really simple to work with I just dont think they should be coupled with the foglights... the pic that I linked just doesn't look right to me. Either one or the other

Aftermarket LED fog lights that you find on ebay are really simple to work with I just dont think they should be coupled with the foglights... the pic that I linked just doesn't look right to me. Either one or the other

Around the fog lights? That's a great idea! I think it'll look cool!
As you can see from the link, they sell 2 different types. One is a rigid strip with 5 LED's. There's a picture somewhere where they put these strips above the fog lights on a R230. I'll post the link if I can find the picture again. The second type is the flexible thin strip of 10 LED's with the LED's facing the edge of the strip.

They come in different lengths. They're water proof, and come with adhesive on one side. This one merchant said you can cut it if it's too long (I'm not sure you can cut without affecting it).But they're dirt cheap, and can be the starting point to play around and learn with. A 90 cm long strip is under $3. They're in UK so there's shipping cost.
