Automatic Body Control
Hello, My sister in law has 2003 SL500 that has bad control valves and leaking hoses with multiple dtc's. Well to make a long story short she does not have the money to fix this problem. So i started doing research and talked to a lot of people and found someone to design and build a retro fit kit to replace the hydraulic/shock assemblies with coilovers and install a module to interface with the computer. will keep people posted as soon as I have more info. The car goes out next week

While I applaud the effort to try new things, the car is going to be very hard to sell, when/if the time comes. The ABC is actually a very good system, when working properly.

I understand the resale issue but she got duped(long story) on the car. It is a lemon buy back car. resale value about 50% of normal. the cost was about 16000.00 dollars for repairs. Also if the SL65 Black series is good with coil overs then this car should be ok
