Opertating Temp

My 2003 SL500 used to operate at a temp of about 80 C. Since getting a new Radiator (long story) it now operates around 95-100 C.

Is this correct?

Assuming the temperature sensor is the same (and therefore giving a consistent reading) it sounds too hot to me...
