Which brand of rotors for SL600
I posted this in the Tires/Brakes forum but only saw one response, so I am trying my luck here ![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
It's time for new rotors for our R230 SL600TT...
Turns out that Tirerack has nothing in stock and as I am checking around I am finding a lot of brands that mean nothing to me.
Need 14"2 fronts and 13" rears.
I assume that the OEM rotors are Brembo's (the brand isn't listed) and the only other brands I find are Centric, Beck Arnley, Zimmerman, etc...
No idea about their quality or how they compare to Brembo's. I like the Evosport's, but can't justify the $2k pricetag.
I was planning to use Akebono's Ceramic pads to lessen the brake dust.
Can anyone respond either to the best brand to buy and the best place?
I always went to Tirerack, but they are without product...
Thanks!

I looked around at various brands for my E and ended up at the dealership to buy em, the factory rotors are hard to beat and for the E were the best price also. I'll probably start there when it comes time for the SL....

i am in a similar situation, rotors are somehow warped, and since the evosports are around 2k, I am going to just go back to oem
