Exclamation SL55 UPGRADE SIDE MIRRORS
HI I HAVE SL55 2006 AND WANT TO UPGRADE MY SIDE MIRRORS TO 2010 SO DO I MUST REPLACE IT ALL WITH GLASS ? OR JUST THE COVER AND KEEP THE ,IRROR AND THE ARM FOR IT ? I WANT TO REPLACE THIS

Check on the w221 S Class forum. Someone on that forum replaced the side view mirrors with a type that you are considering. Do a search on side mirror replacement.

I did find the posts on the side mirror replacement. Go to www.benzwodld.org under the 221 section. Do a search for side mirrors in that forum. There is one post that gives a good description of the install

thanx for that but i don't think that the w221 the same r230 mirror size !!

and i heard that i should replace the full light with mirror also so i canot use mine the old ones for amg and i must replace the mirror arm that connect the cover with the body of car is this right ?
