just got my car back after trying all this "stuff" on my 2004 SL600...no go. It doesn't work on any 2003-2004 without COMMAND HU.

Unfortunatelly I have come to the same conclusion.

If anyone out there has a true and tried method to do this through the Instrument Cluster please chime in and you'll get one of these...

splash screen image

Hi all,

I am a newbie to the forum and have already found this site to be one of the top resources for info regarding my new-to-me, SL500.

To the OP, I am getting the same Pioneer deck installed this week and I would love to have an MB splash screen image.

Can you please post a copy of your splash screen image and/or email me a copy?

Thanks for the info.

Guys, don't disconnect the battery as this messes with window, esp and sunroof sync. Just take out the fuse which drives the dash for 1 hour or 23 hours depending on which way you want to change the time.....
