Sure, why not, if the price is right. The original owner took the big hit in depreciation.
I bought my 2000 CLK430 in 2001 with 13,000 miles for $10,000 less.

HAD A LOOK AT IT! AWEFUL!
must of been car washed 1000 times, chips, dents, all sorts!!! - turned it down the dealer was shocked (first time he'd seen the car when he showed me)
start looking again!
