SL/R230: 2003 SL500 A/C Issue

2003 SL500 A/C Issue
My car was caught in the epic rainstorm of 2011 in Chicago and was sitting in approximately 2 feet of water. The issue now is that the A/C does not seem to be functioning properly. The air is still very cold on Max Cool however it feels like the most of the air is coming from the center vents, the side vents feel very weak. Also, when I change temp to 68 degrees it doesn't seem to blow very cold air, the fan shows at 4 bars, however it doesn't feel like much air is coming out. Does anyone have any guess on what was damaged? My first guess is the A/C temperature sensor but not sure where it is located so not sure if that was one of the items that was low enough to have been damaged by the wathe
