California based tuning company, Renown Auto Style, has unveiled its Sidewinder program built specifically for the R230, the previous generation Mercedes-Benz SL-Class. Widens the body 10 inches beyond the SL Black Series

I do like the LED DRLs (to which I am converting to myself next week) but I am not
too keen on the extra skin of the Renown Auto Style wide-body hanging out...

Milo I'd like to see your conversion when it's complete. are you changing the whole bumper or just adding led drl's?

Just the DRLs from new S550 and modifying / custom making the black inserts.
The bumper remains the same. If there are no complications or unforeseen challenges
all is scheduled to be completed next WED.
