Lightbulb Electrical Gremlin

Hi Everyone?
Just got the 03 SL500 in Dec. Took it to a INDY here in Vegas and he didnt come up with any codes. Heres whats up:

1) Top not working, the handel just flashes red. Roll bar works and realizes the trunk cover is in or out of place.

2) Windows not bumping up and down when opening the door

I can see 1 & 2 being connected, but thought Id mention 3 & 4 since it all started at the same time.

3) rear turn signals not working, removed bulbs and visually look good.

4) tag lights and tail lights are on all the time whith key on (light switch is off)

Today Ive checked fuses, hydrolic fluid level and for leaking cylinders. Rear panels (wings/flaps) on inside of trunk are nice and tightly tucked up. Removed rear cubby behind pass seat and cheked connections & fuses.
I also disconnected both batteries overnight to see if anything would reset.

Ive been reading forums all day and no luck, so here is my cry for help.
Thanks if anyone has any insight

& the electronic key is taking several pushes to unlock the door (batteries are fresh)

I don't know much about the 03 SL models, but try this:
Check your owners manual for the following adjustments:
ESP reset
Sync (or re-sync) power windows

Sounds like a simple (but hard to find in some cases) ground issue. Almost all electrical issues that are multiple-system affecting are ground related.

Have a look at this video:

Cool. Check the flaps on the trunk lid that fold in and out when operating the top. If they are not snug against the lid it's ur problem.

The flaps look good. Nice and tight.
The center piece that goes between the 2 flaps appears to be drooping a little.

Today I searched the trunk area for all the grounds and everything looks snug & tight.
I also unpluged the tail lights & removed the tag lights and turned on the key and still no luck.
I still had the lightbulb and visit workshop in the cluster.
My wife said "when that light bulb went away the top worked"

I'd check all around the engine compartment for grounds, as well as the rear battery connection, and make sure they're all tight. Back in the day, I'd take a long piece of wire (10' or more) and attach one end firmly to the negative battery terminal and take the other and touch it to various "ground" locations throughout the vehicle. If you see or hear any sort of spark then what you've just touched is not properly grounded. Obviously, be careful around anything that is "hot". You may not see or hear anything, but the isue may go away while you have the ground wire contacting something. It's worth a try.

I was talking to a friend and he mentioned since I was missing the passenger side fuse box cover to start looking there. I have purchased and installed the new cover.
This is what I found and have ordered a passenger side SAM. The whole circuit board was also covered in green slime.
We'll see what happens when it gets here.
Thanks everyone
