About to Order
We are number one on our dealer's list and have to finalize order. Definitely doing AMG Sports package, comfort seating, xenon, and panorama roof. More must haves? or even have nots!

Get the 318 trim package (wood shift knob/steering wheel). The 051 hands free communication with phone is pricey but very useful.

Great car configuration! I ordered the wood package for my car and enjoy the feel and look. I've been told that the wood package is typically not a "sporty" element in such a car, especially with a sports package, but I believe it further enhances the car. For me the phone is a MUST! I have never ordered the phone packages in previous Mercedes vehicles, however with my 04' SL, I decided to try it out and it is GREAT. I have not had ANY problems with reception or clarity and it is very convenient when driving. As for waiting for the DVD based Nav, I wouldn't hold your breath! There has not been any confirmation that the DVD based Nav will arrive in the US any time soon. There have been several discussions that indicate the release of the DVD based Nav in Germany over the summer, however nothing conclusive. I would advise to get the car now and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant Silver/ Ash with Keyless Go, Sport Package, Comfort Seats, Panaromic Roof, Bi-Xenons and Parktronic is being delivered Monday. My dealer was able to dealer trade with the great guys up at West Chester.

Usually sell within 1-2 days of being uncommitted. I found a few on internet available and in transit. Visited Brumos this week and they had one not spoken for. Daytona and Orlando both had waiting lists. Since I sold my 996 Cab before I expected, I had to shift from ordered car to one my dealer found for me and dealer traded my order slot. I need again to publically thank Daytona Beach MD for the greateffort done to find me a car that met my wish list and arrange to have it for me in 7 days.
