Odd Memory issues

I have a 2003 SL500. The car remembers some of my seat settings, but not all of them. So for example, I get the seat situated and press the m, then 1. My gf uses m 3. I'm 6'1 and she's 5'0 so our settings are quite different. After she drives, I get in and press the 1 to return it to my settings and two seat settings won't adjust. One is the seat bottom elongating, and the second is the lower lumbar deflating. I have tried all I know to do to teach it how I want them to be, but it never returns it to my settings.

The second issue is the mirrors don't remember my settings all the way. By all the way I mean that they sometimes go part of the way sometimes none at all. Manually the mirror has full range of function, but doesn't remember where I like it.

Lastly, when I put it in reverse, sometimes the passenger mirror tilts down like it should but sometimes it tilts up.

Any ideas?
