Any advice on how to eliminate leaks, where the roof joins the area above windscreen and also the booth. It is so annoying. Does it cost much to replace these rubbers. Mine appear to be ok but water still gets in. Would appreciate advice. Thank you.

I fix mine month ago with vaseline to grease around. No problems. Or you can find in YouTube video how to change seal

Hi I am a new member and have had my SL 500 for 8 months, it is a 2010. Obviously there was little rain in the summer so it wasn't a problem but now the bad weather has arrived my boot is soaking wet. The seal that runs along the top edge of the boot has slime/mould where it layers on top of itself. Either way water is getting into the boot and when I come back to the car the windows have an extraordinary amount of condensation on them.
Did the vaseline tip work for you or did you try something else.
