SL/R230: Powdercoated Rims on my SL550

Powdercoated Rims on my SL550
Well, my 4-month refresh project on my 2007 SL550 has been completed. I've done a bunch of upgrades to the car, and the last of these was the purchase of a set of 10-spoke rims and a subsequent powder coat in gun-metal grey. Originally, these rims came in semi-gloss black, and I thought this was just a bit much against the Storm Red. So, off to the powdercoater. They came back today, I mounted a new set of tires, and my project is complete! Hope you don't mind if I post a few pics and a description.
Here's a quick list of things I've done over the last 4 months:
-Replaced headliner and all plastic interior trim with anthracite alcantara
-Replaced overhead light console and mirror with black units
-Complete upgrade of stereo to Modern Kenwood (DNX891HD) w/ front and rear cameras
-custom switch (repurposed a parking assist switch) for rear-view camera activation
-dashcam/radar detector hardwire
-10-spoke rims w/gun metal powder coat
-new floor mats, tires
-repainted the faded rear window side bits; some professional paint restoration
-new custom wood steering wheel and shift knob
-new center console trim to replace cracked prior units
-lots of preventative maintenance including full ABC system flush, new filter, etc.
Overall, looks just super now! Drives and works perfect! Love these R230s when they're fully working.

Looks stunning. Well done. Where did you get the steering wheel and gear shift from?

Steering wheel was custom made and bought off ebay. About $600. Shift knob was from a Mercedes CLS. Was on ebay for a few weeks, I wrote the seller to ask for a picture of the connection bit inside the boot, he simply said "it doesn't fit an R230". Well, I ordered it anyway, and it fits just fine. I used my current shift boot with the knob; the CLS shift boot indeed doesn't fit.
