I'm looking to replace my 2005 SL500's shift knob with a chestnut wood knob. I'm currently considering the following shift knobs that were intended for the S-Class W220:

Thanks for your reply. I still don't seem to be able to find any part number or way to purchase this elusive item. That said - does anyone know if a W220 shift knob (or similar generation CL) will fit my car? At least I can locate and purchase those shift knobs. Thanks again for all your help!
