Angry ABS light "on"

2006 SL500 -After replacing the EIS switch for close to $1000 to get rid of a myriad of problems: relay sounding on back of seats, Command Console rebooting by itself, windshield wipers not working, roll up bar and SRS lights "on" and blinking, Radio off, Navigation "off", etc, etc. I got my car back from the shop with a new problem: ABS light "on"; the mechanic diagnostic came with: ABS/ESP light on, Rotation YAW rate sensor need to be replaced ($485 +Tax).

Does any one knows where this sensor is located and if possible DIY project?

Help wold be appreciated!

I just bought a cheap 03 SL500 (110k miles) with red ABC & white battery errors and riding low. Looking at the carfax, the tandem power steering / ABC pump and right rear strut were replaced 25k miles ago in 2012. Both batteries replaced last year and hold a charge. After a preliminary inspection, the rear left accumulator area was coated in lots of gunk, but it all looked quite old and no fresh fluid in there. The front accumulator didn't appear to be leaking at all. There is fluid in the reservoir tank under the hood. The 100A fuse in the passenger footwell is not blown.

I have got the below errors in Xentry. Does this look like the ABC pump failed very early in life, or could there be a leak somewhere that I haven't seen yet?

C1525-001 Critical vehicle level front left
C1525-002 Critical vehicle level front right
C1525-032 Calibration of the plunger travel sensors has not been successfully performed
C1525-064 System pressure too low
C1526-016 Malfunction in pressure supply
C1526-064 Load adjustment not successfully performed

When I try to initiate a rodeo, I get "B4/5 ABC pressure sensor 0 bar" and no action.

Also have couple of random other codes to worry about later:

P20B7-008 Increased idle speed due to SBC low voltage. Check current and voltage on vehicle. No control module defective (P1999). Current and stored.
B1116 LIN communication between components A1 (instrument cluster) and A70 (electronic clock) is faulty. Stored.

Those codes could be a legacy of what happened before and were never erased. If you erased them and they come back, it looks like you have zero pressure in you're in your ABC system, probably due to a bad pump.

My car is now fault code free other than the persistent B1116 LIN communication error with the clock. I cannot locate any troubleshooting guides for this fault. Any ideas?

(re the other codes, I needed to prime the tandem pump, replace 2 accumulators and the front left strut, followed by a fluid flush, rodeo and ride height calibration)

So other than a still intermittent issue with ABC (system pressure too low) that needs me to re-prime the ABC pump every week or 2, I only have this fault in my OBD:

B1116 LIN communication between components A1 (instrument cluster) and A70 (electronic clock) is faulty. Current and Stored.

Google gives me no hints on how to repair this, or even what the problem is.

Hi
Do you have an update on your issues?. I do not understand why you would have to prime the pump without having a leak and running out of fluid on the suction side. Did you replace your pump in the meantime?

regards

Yes. I replaced the pump and pressure accumulators all around. That fixed the problem. I also wrote a DIY on replacing the ABC pump.
