Hello, hoping to get some information on the capabilities of the stock sl class differential I am working with a 2005 SL500 and the build is gonna be pushing the limits of this car. Could anyone tell me how much power the stock differential can hold and what options there are for building it or am I better off taking it out and installing a build ford diff? Thank you very much!!

it is an independent suspension so you're not going to be able to use a ford diff. the AMG models use the same housing as some SRT models, so you can look at options there. what exactly are you going to be doing to add power that you are concerned with the diff
