Did the Indy say what the issue was? The star system should be able to do this function. Where are you located? Maybe a local member could assist or suggest a different Indy to go to.

I used the SDS suspension program. There was no "auto" setting for lowering. All done by manually cross corner ("X") balancing
It was difficult but I learned that corner balancing was easiest. Otherwise you get lopsided by trying to set ride height from side to side.
