While I was resetting my TCU (god knows where it started) I somehow inadvertently set the headlights to automatically come on at startup. I looked thru body for lights, gauges, etc, not openly found.

Anybody know how to reset the light switch to use auto, on/off and parking would greatly appreciate the help.

User manual page 124 - Lightning Submenu describes how to set/reset Daytime Running lights. It might be what you need.

It is also possible that you inadvertently set you car to the Canadian standard. Then DRL are always on and can not be turned off. But I would think that instrument readings would have change to metric, if that was the case.

Turns out the SDS mainframe before even starting MB vehicle catagories it had COA. Adjusted back to USA and all is good
