PSE Pump Problems

Ok. So my driver's rear window was left open slightly during Hurricane Harvey. I went out to get something out of the car and didn't realize the window now closing fully due to battery drain. I noticed it after the storm was over. I checked my interior and saw no wetness. Then I opened the trunk and there was a big puddle of water in the bottom. I pulled the rubber plug and drained it. Now of course nothing's working in connection with the pump. The fuse behind the passenger seat was blown. I changed it. But that one blew as well. I let the trunk dry out for a few days and tried replacing the fuse again. It didn't blow right away. But still nothing's working. I can hear the pump making a noise when I try to lock/unlock the car. I need some help here. It was working before. Could it possibly be the relay? Or the pump? Thanks in advance for your responses.
