That's a lot of degrees of caster to be off by. You can get 'camber bolts' that will take some of that out, and can be used to adjust camber. Part number is 000 330 00 18. These bolts are only good for maybe 1 degree. Picture attached on how they work.
With more caster, car will want to track straight like a bicycle (not usually a problem), but will wear the edges more when turning or cornering hard (both inside and outside), and potentially with a loss of grip at the limit. Unless you are in race mode, it won't be much worse.
