Also check the back side of the port to be sure the harness hasn't come unplugged from it. It uses a simple sliding clip to hold it in place, it might have worked its way loose. There are three screws that hold that kick panel in place then it pulls down with a fair bit of tension against the firewall.

Fuse was in the wrong slot...Works fine now!
