Removed the resonators today and had them replaced with straight pipe. There was a noticeable increase in sound and power, both small increases. I believe this is the sound limit my wife would drive the car at, as-in if it was any louder she's out as a driver. They did use an arc wire feed welder to attach the replacement pipes. I noticed no electronic issues as someone had stated in another thread that using an arc welder was a concern for the electronics. The cost was $80 to remove and replace both.
While the car was on the lift I noticed a small coolant leak, bummer.
